Here's is my Platinum, took a long time to finnish this.
it's not a full save set but you can get the most time consuming trophies with it.

-SKILLS, SKILLS, SKILLS: Unlock all skills
Save1
-Estate Agent: Reach Level 75
-(Maybe also Reach Day 400, don't remember but just try playing untill level 85 fast forward)
Save2
-Building Tycoon: Reach Level 100
Save3
-500 Days: Reach day 500
-You get alot of money so use all money to build things and collect money again for the other money trophies.
Save4 (Different normal map)
-Landowner: Buy all plots
-i had to make a fresh start only for this because you can't get this one in Huge map! so i started new on normal map. If you want to go for the other trophies i advise this save.
